Water, desalination and wastewater plants
Conductive municipal/process water often fits full-bore magmeters; portable clamp-on ultrasonic can support temporary verification. Radar/pressure instruments monitor tank levels, while online conductivity, chlorine, pH and turbidity instruments support water quality. Provide fluid details, DN size, liners, grounding, instrument power and telemetry requirements.
Diesel fuel, bulk loading and vehicle monitoring
For diesel transfer, evaluate LC M-series positive displacement, liquid turbine and Coriolis for different viscosity, batch, accuracy and pressure-drop requirements. Fuel level telemetry and GPS monitoring is a separate system scope. A water electromagnetic flowmeter is not a reliable replacement for a diesel hydrocarbon line because diesel is non-conductive.
Oil, gas, EPC and E&I packages
Project procurement may require gas ultrasonic, thermal mass, vortex steam, pressure and DP transmitters, analyzer shelters, temperature probes, flow computers, instrument panels, calibration, loop-check and FAT/SAT. Reference models include Liquid Controls M-Series, KROHNE OPTISONIC/OPTISWIRL/OPTIMASS, Endress+Hauser Promag/Deltabar, Siemens SITRANS, Emerson Rosemount, Kurz 454FTB/K-BAR. Part numbers identify a required OEM family and do not establish available inventory or authorization.
A complete instrument index shortens quotation time
- One row per tag: make/model or process medium, measurement principle and engineering purpose.
- Pipe sizes, ranges, maximum and normal flow, pressure and temperature, fluid properties and materials.
- For pressure, level and temperature: span, wetted parts, thermowells, process connections and transmitter mounting.
- For analyzers: component species/concentration, sample conditioning, calibration gases and site standards.
- Power, 4–20mA/HART/Modbus/fieldbus, area classification, IP rating and control system.
- BOQ, approved manufacturer list, required certificates, calibration/FAT/SAT and delivery schedule.
Project handover and field integration
